Job Description

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, provide services to clients, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Required skills or experience

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Typing, printing and photocopying for clients, Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, and Shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Requirements

Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. photocopier and printers)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

SHS certificate; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Consultant to create, identify and develop new business opportunities to help drive revenue growth.  Additionally, the Solutions Sales Consultant will be part of the team that explores the potential for the development of industry specific product solutions that have industry wide application.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and translating business needs into how digital/IT transformation can bring about positive change to create and sustain value.
  • Working collaboratively with customers and internal IT solutions experts/teams.
  • Sales strategy creation and execution, prospecting, qualifying, engaging with customers and completing sales while documenting throughout. Support and contribute to product innovation.
  • Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, led by a passionate, highly credible, and people oriented Sales and Marketing Manager.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will be:

  • A solutions salesperson with a strong new business development orientation and proven experience in generating new business (from lead generation, pipeline and forecast management, developing and executing effective strategic account plans, to closing the sale);

  • Highly motivated and adaptable in your business development style and approach;

  • Able to travel as required.
  • Preferably holding a relevant tertiary qualification.

About the Role

PatientTime is looking for a Software Developer for a 2 month fixed term role, who is motivated and technology savvy with high standards for software quality and excellence to work in our agile development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working as a crucial component of an agile project team responsible for enhancing existing PatientTime systems or developing new systems.
  • Analysing software requirements and defining program parameters and specifications.
  • Analysing problems in software development and guiding the rectification of faults in programs.
  • Undertaking analysis of current software products and determining approaches, which will improve their user interface, performance and integrity.
  • Working to a Test Driven Development approach
  • Championing true Agile design and development in a collaborative work environment.
  • Analysing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
  • Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
  • Your code is a reflection of you, your attention to detail and overall pride in your work
  • Support and develop the ways of working to align with Agile development and customer practises.

The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience working with software.
